You Cant Stop Progress...

Recently sold was this 70's gem at 117 Progress Road Eltham North.  Split level living, exposed beams and brickwork (and how great is the wall hanging!?)

Love the beams, brickwork and wall hanging!

Banks Road Beach House

Love the Vertical Cladding & Skillion Roof
Okay so its a looong way from the beach, but 27 Banks Road Eltham North is exactly the sort of beach house I fantasize about every Summer! It's the 50's style, vertical board cladding and crazy slate floors... Strip off the twee fretwork and brass light fittings and you've got yourself a mid-century beauty.

Oh the Crazy Slate flooring - Love IT!

Nungeroo Five

Not sure of the construction date of this great looking place at 5 Nungeroo Court, Eltham North but it certainly shows the 1960's influence in its flat roof, large dark coloured windows and handmade bathroom tiles.

Aires & Gracedale

Sited within the kind of bushy native garden the suburb is famous for is the potential-packed 2 Gracedale Avenue, Eltham North. There are four bedrooms with a generous walk in robe and ensuite to the master bedroom. The North facing living spaces are flooded with light and open onto a private covered courtyard and there seems to be some interesting built in storage between the recessed windows (see image below).

Check out that gleaming fireplace!
