Great Girraween

Featuring Daniel Robertson bricks and trademark floor to ceiling windows and raked ceilings, this Fasham house at 9 Girraween Drive Eltham is just as fresh and live-able today as the day it was built. Unsure when that day was exactly - possibly 80's/90's? I just adore Fasham homes and think they are really only one of two current package builders who design and build homes of lasting integrity and quality.

Dood, where's my house..?

With North facing views and a pool out the back, its hard to go past this fabulous brick mid-century home at 9 Doodson Court, Eltham (Barry Plant). The RE description lists Daniel Robertson bricks, limed stained timber work, picture windows looking out to native gardens and the treed valley panorama, timber kitchen, split level spacious living area, and balcony across the front as the prime features of this property. Fantastic.
A new timber garage door could make a huge difference to the fantastically proportioned front elevation.
