Sited within the kind of bushy native garden the suburb is famous for is the potential-packed 2 Gracedale Avenue, Eltham North. There are four bedrooms with a generous walk in robe and ensuite to the master bedroom. The North facing living spaces are flooded with light and open onto a private covered courtyard and there seems to be some interesting built in storage between the recessed windows (see image below).  |
